The booking must be made by someone aged 21 or older. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21 unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.

Please remember to lock the house whenever you go out.

If anything gets accidentally damaged or broken, just let us know so we can take care of it quickly for you and future guests. We also kindly ask that you leave the guesthouse clean and tidy when you depart.

A few things to keep in mind during your stay:

• No smoking or drug use inside the guesthouse
• Only the agreed number of guests are allowed
• Keep noise and music low outside the property and after 10:00 PM
• Pets are not allowed
